Panchayat 3 Wins Big at IIFA Digital Awards 2025

The IIFA Digital Awards 2025 turned out to be a grand celebration of Indian cinema and web series, with Panchayat Season 3 emerging as a big winner in the series category and Amar Singh Chamkila dominating in films. The event saw top performances being honored, with Jitendra Kumar winning Best Performance in a Leading Role (Male) – Series for his portrayal of Abhishek Tripathi in Panchayat 3.

Jitendra Kumar on Keeping Panchayat Real

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Jitendra Kumar reflected on the show’s success and how he has adapted to the role over the seasons.

“My journey from working on TVF videos to focusing on Panchayat has been incredible. I wouldn’t call it pressure, but rather a responsibility. The more people connect with the show, the more motivated I feel to perform better.”

Jitendra also shared how the team ensures authenticity in portraying rural life:

“Earlier, we had to put in extra effort to stay true to the rustic setting. Now, as we shoot, we discover more elements that make the portrayal even more realistic.”

With over 12 million streams, Panchayat 3 proved its immense popularity, and its four IIFA Digital Awards further cemented its status as one of India’s most beloved web series.
